• You advise customers and passengers at the station• You support in the ticket sales process
• You optimize the efficient departure of our buses
• You will help with the briefing of passengers and check-in
• You contribute towards an optimal customer experience
• You support projects to ensure the quality and safety of our FlixBus fleet • Ideally you have completed some working experience or trainings (in retail, travel, etc.)
• Friendly, service- and solution-oriented
• Proactive, reliable and conscientious
• Fluent in Danish, a good knowledge of English, any other European language is a plus
• Flexible to work during our station business hours
