• You provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate• You resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• You perform user administration duties • High School Diploma is required; Associate's degree is preferred
• Authorization for employment in the US
• 0-1 year of experience in IT support, preferably in a startup environment
• Comfortable in a startup environment: entrepreneurial spirit, full of ambition and a roll with the punches attitude
• You are focused on developing concrete solutions to fix root-cause problems and/or foresee them before they even happen!
• You ask effective questions, have great listening skills to engage with key external stakeholders and communicate openly
