• You provide executive support to the CEO, such as managing the calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence or arranging complex and detailed travel plans• You lead a team of Management and Team Assistants / Office Managers
• You actively guide the personal and professional development of your team members and take them to the next level
• You are responsible for building up a department strategy and you challenge existing processes
• You are in charge of the conception and constant optimization of office and facility management operations
• You implement and control cross-location projects and you oversee event management topics
• You have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day business • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or successfully completed an apprenticeship as Office Manager, Hotel Manager, or Foreign Language Secretary
• Minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in the Assistance field in a dynamic environment, preferably in strategy consultancies
• Profound leadership experience through the successful guidance of a team
• Goal-oriented and proactive workstyle and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organization skills paired with a keen perception
• Very good Outlook as well as MS Office skills
• Fluency in German and English, any other European language is a plus
