Role Description:You’ve got at least 3 years of Tech recruiting experience as for example in headhunting or an agency and are keen on working in an open and dynamic startup? Your tasks:
You find and engage top 5% talent through creative sourcing and search techniques
You are positive ambassador of Getsafe and shape perception of our employee brand among potential future employees
You lead and drive the end-to-end selection process (screening, phone interviews, offers, negotiations) and you make accountable hiring decisions together with our teams
You dig deep into the ecosystems of our potential employees (campus, meetups, startup ecosystem etc.) and like to build up a network with relevant organisations
You recommend and drive process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness
You are open to take on changing roles in improving our HR processes in general
Work closely with hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies that meet hiring needs
Analyze data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a great candidate experience
About you:
3+ years of relevant recruiting experience (Headhunting, Agency, Tech startup), ideally you are familiar with the startup ecosystem and its specifics
You have proven a strong understanding of skills needed in a very agile and tech heavy environment
You are an outgoing and open-minded person who loves to get in touch with people and network
You possess a positive “hunting spirit” to achieve your goals to attract top talents
Profound experience in recruiting tools (esp. LinkedIn) and job portals but also willingness to set up creative ways of recruiting the best talents
Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes identifying potential
Interview and assessment skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural fits
Passion for Tech Startups
Full fluency in German and English
