For this challenge, we are currently offering a position as:

Junior Merchandising Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You support in developing and managing a customer-oriented and data-driven campaign strategy for home24 on an international level.
• You plan and manage the promotion calendar for seasonal topics by ensuring revenue and potential are maximized.
• You plan, coordinate and analyze onsite campaigns and activities through jointly defined KPIs.
• You create reports to generate insights and optimization needs.
• You implement campaign assets and manage our ad-server & customer engagement tools.
• You coordinate activities between the international and commercial department, marketing channels, art direction and the content & design team.
• You validate and optimize processes in cooperation with other teams.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Business Administration or similar field of study with main emphasis on Marketing/Communications.
• You gained first work experience in digital marketing, ideally in the field of e-commerce.
• You have strong Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable handling large amounts of data.
• You work analytically and process-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• You are creative and pay strong attention when realizing new ideas.
• You speak German, Dutch or French at a native level and are fluent in English.
