Our Client Success Managers Make Things Happen
Houzz is looking for talented Client Success Managers (CSMs) to join our team. As a CSM, you will manage Houzz Professionals from across the U.S and Canada. Each is part of an annual advertising program. Your job is to maintain an ongoing relationship, optimize their profile and program with creative improvements, up-sell additional Pro+ packages, and manage their renewal or auto renewal for another year. You need to be comfortable promoting and defending the benefits of a creative and directional advertising program.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant, business oriented personality, is a hard worker and very tech savvy. You must be relationship oriented and put a high value on customer service. You thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment.
