Houzz, the revolutionary platform for residential remodeling and design, is looking for a consumer digital marketing specialist to design and execute campaigns to help drive and grow traffic, new users and revenue. This is a rare opportunity for a creative and analytical individual to contribute to the growth of a unique visual brand bringing together consumers and professionals while developing advanced skills in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Set up, measure and optimize paid search, Youtube, Facebook and other paid media campaigns

Work with the Creative team to define and deliver creative briefs

Work with marketing analysts to drive landing page optimization and execute on tasks for optimizing campaigns

Test and measure new and advanced advertising initiatives

Diligently analyze, test and iterate on campaigns to achieve the best ROI and ROAS

Work with brand and social media teams on developing and executing best of class content marketing strategies

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of marketing experience

Strong writing and creative skills - examples of blog posts, social media posts or school/professional creative work is a plus

Experience with SEM, paid Facebook, Youtube is a plus

Interest in developing in both analytics and creative areas

Detail oriented and strong communicator

Quick and motivated learner with high enthusiasm to develop digital marketing skills

Must know basic excel; knowledge of advanced excel is a big plus

E-commerce experience a big plus

Bachelors degree in mathematics, marketing, business, economics or related field
