We’re looking for hands-on, tech-savvy individuals who understand technology, have a keen attention to detail and have exceptional problem solving skills, to join our Merchandising team. This position is ideal for those individuals who are very analytical and want to grow in the merchandising field.

The Houzz Merchandising Team is responsible of forecasting sale trends, working with the buying team to develop the right assortment, planning stock orders and monitor performance.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Work with the merchandising and buying teams to ensure the products have the correct information all times.

Update prices, promotions and lead times.

Raise, keep track and update Purchase Orders.

Build relationships with external Suppliers.

Analyze best and worst products (e.g., price points, colours or styles).

Update buying reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Support buying team on buying planning issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+1 years of working experience in an merchandising/planning role, or other operations/administrative role

Detail-oriented, with exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
