About the Role

Houzz is looking for a well-organized design coordinator to join our close-knit design team. This person will be a natural communicator who can oversee a project from start to finish and can work collaboratively with others to achieve the best results. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys ensuring timelines are being met while striving to continuously improve the team’s productivity.

What You'll Do

Work closely with our Brand Lead, designers and cross-functional teams

Participate in defining project scope and deliverables

Establish project priorities and deadlines

Build and maintain strong positive relationships with our internal and external partners

Handle all forms of communication across cross-functional teams and any outside vendors to ensure project timelines are on track

Maintain a library of relevant project documents such as contracts, invoices, project status reports, etc.

Commit the team to the highest standards for all work

At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have

3+ years experience in the creative industry and have worked on a variety of projects

Strong communication skills

Expertise in organization, prioritization and time management
