About the Role

We’re looking for a tech savvy, people person who is dedicated to ensuring each of our Houzz employees is supported with all of their technical needs. This person should be a team player who takes pride in providing fast and accurate assistance for all IT Support.

What You'll Do

Provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT for all users in the office

Set up and removal of all technical equipment

Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket system

Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets

Help build, support, and set direction for IT Operations

Maintain and ensure full functionality of phone system at all times

At Minimum, We'd Like You to Have...

3 + years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting local users

Strong experience in troubleshooting Apple Hardware and Software to include Mac OS 10.8-10.13

Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking concepts

Experience with printer support and maintenance
