Then join Kreditech as an Intern in Corporate Finance! You will work with our Corporate Finance team on Debt, Equity, and M&A deals, experiencing all the exciting challenges which come with working in Corporate Finance in a fast-moving, high-growth company.

About the team:
Over the past years, Corporate Finance has been busy. We raised an €200m+ equity fundraising, €160m+ in debt securitization, closed an M&A deal, have been fully responsible for business planning and have set up a local funding platform in subsidiaries. For Kreditech, who uses money both for financing and as part of a product, Corporate Finance is at the heart of all strategic decisions. Your Role
- Work as junior member of the Corporate Finance team on a wide range of topics including Equity and Debt transactions, Acquisitions, Business Planning and Investor Relations;
- Actively contribute to team discussions on financing strategy, investor communication and transaction negotiation strategies;
- Preparing investor materials;
- Research key data for markets, competitors and benchmarks;
- Support on investor processes, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations.
Your Strenghts
- You are in your final two years of study;
- You have taken courses (or have practical experience) in Corporate Finance or Financial Analysis;
- Previous work/internship experience in a related field is a strong plus;
- You are good with numbers and can work with Spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets);
- Currently studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance, Quantitative sciences or similar;
- You are available full-time for 6 months;
- You are fluent in English.
