Your Tasks:- Work independently as a product owner for the Lesara systems architecture, especially within the logistics, finance and customer care departments
- In terms of underlying business processes, work to improve features with a strong focus on the product usability and scalability
- Manage and monitor the daily business of a fast growing e-commerce company
- Work on the creation, coordination and monitoring of new processes and systems implementations
- Support strategic decisions and translate outcomes into development phases for the product
- Identify ways in which the system performance and algorithms can be improved to increase customer-friendliness
Your Profile:
- A degree in economics, informatics – or a similar field – is desired but not essential
- Knowledge in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0, UML), systems architecture and web technologies
- Experience in the management of agile development teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
- An understanding of the challenges faced in logistics, finance and cross-border e-commerce
- An analytic mindset, problem-solving working style and an assertive personality
- Proficient in English
