Founded in 2013 by Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal, N26 has more than 300 employees and more than 500.000 customers in 17 countries. N26 has raised more than $55 million from investors including Li Ka-Shing’s Horizons Ventures, Battery Ventures and Valar Ventures, in addition to members of the Zalando management board, Earlybird Venture Capital and Redalpine Ventures.

YOUR ROLE

• You will assume responsibility for all operational topics in close cooperation with the N26 management team, our CTO, as well as the managing directors
• You will mentor, coach and inspire a growing team in the area of banking operations, KYC and customer service
• You will assume responsibility for scaling and optimizing all operational procedures within the N26 Group ecosystem
• You will set, monitor and analyze KPIs and the budget
• You will ensure that our customer focus meets the highest quality standards
• You will coordinate and supervise external service providers and partners

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (ideally with a major in Business, Banking & Finance or a related field)
• Minimum 8 years experience in an executive position at an international company with at least 5 years experience in leading teams
• Outstanding engagement, ability to learn quickly, excellent analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
• A positive, down-to-earth, authentic and empathic leader
• Entrepreneurial, strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution and high motivation to take an active role in our company
• Able to handle uncertainty and to simplify complexity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Fluency in English and German
• Previous experience in banking is a plus
