YOUR ROLE
- You are in charge of our Salesforce instance and implementation
- You play a major role in planning for new feature development and existing Service Cloud software maintenance
- You perform hands-on Salesforce.com development, both with declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Custom Objects)
- You handle web services’ API integrations with other internal and third party systems
- You provide guidance and best practices concerning Salesforce.com solutions to build a scalable instance
- You own release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- You proactively modify and enhance existing tools for the Customer Support department
- You write and implement new logic, facilitating efficient and customer-focused customer service
YOUR PROFILE
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, timelines and requirements with developers, non-tech end users, and management
- Strong object-oriented development skills
- Proficiency in the Salesforce.com Service Cloud development environment including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, Triggers, Process Builder, Visual Workflow migration tools and web services
- Strong analytical skills and software engineering experience
- Salesforce Developer Certification preferred but not required
- Track record of successfully producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines
- Strong proven Project Management Skills
- Service Attitude and Customer Focus
- Language skills: English full professional proficiency, German is a plus
