Description
Your Mission::- Working with the AARRR sales model (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) and using variations of iconic growth hacks or inventing new ones
- Scaling and automating the growth processes
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Marketing, Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
- Analyzing data and users’ feedback
- Pitching traditional and creative ideas how to grow previously identified KPIs
- Continuously test and optimise all funnels along the entire customer journey
- Conduct analysis and run A/B tests to optimise conversion along all identified funnels
- Your team reports directly to the founder
About You::
- You are studying business administration, business informatics or a related field
- Passionate about the tech sector and eager to thrive in a startup environment
- A ‘get-things-done’ mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative, adaptable and enthusiastic
- Preferably: specialization in digital communication and growth hacking
- Fluent in english, german is a plus
