Growth Hacking Intern (m/f/x)

Description

• Working with the AARRR sales model (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) and using variations of iconic growth hacks or inventing new ones
• Scaling and automating the growth processes
• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Marketing, Management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
• Analyzing data and users’ feedback 
• Pitching traditional and creative ideas how to grow previously identified KPIs
• Continuously test and optimise all funnels along the entire customer journey
• Conduct analysis and run A/B tests to optimise conversion along all identified funnels
• Your team reports directly to the founder

• You are studying business administration, business informatics or a related field
• Passionate about the tech sector and eager to thrive in a startup environment
• A ‘get-things-done’ mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Preferably: specialization in digital communication and growth hacking
• Fluent in english, german is a plus
