To support one of our key strategic project, we are looking for you from now as:

Operations Management Intern or Working Student (f/m)

Responsibilities

• Support our operations management team in executing and securing key strategical processes
• Analyze operational data and secure a high level of service for our customers
• Coordinate the operations with our internal project stakeholders
• Support monitoring and reporting activities
• Analyze, detect and troubleshoot operational issues
• Define and share best practices to improve the efficiency of our processes

Profile

• You are an enrolled / graduated student at a Top-University/Business School
• You have above average analytical skills and an exceptional attention to detail, as well as hands-on mentality
• You have very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel
• Any experience with an ERP System is a plus
• The internship requires a high degree professionalism, ambition and independence
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic environment
• Interest for the internet and the startup scene
• You are fluent in both, German and English with international experience, every other language is a plus
