For this challenge we are currently looking for a:

People Development & Consulting Lead (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• You own all activities related to people development at home24.
• You lead a team of People Development Managers and HR Business Partners.
• You drive organizational change by conducting projects on company culture.
• You consult our management team and translate our business objectives into actionable people development items.
• Together with the HR Business Partners you develop general HR processes and guidelines.
• You manage regular employee surveys and implement follow up measures.
• You plan the annual people development budget and evaluate and measure return.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in leading people development projects, ideally you have already worked as a HR Business Partner.
• You have a degree in psychology, economics, management or a related field.
• You understand people development as a major company value driver.
• You have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• You can naturally build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• You are highly organized and work autonomously.
