Description

• Support active and passive search efforts for new team members through various recruitment channels
• Create job profiles in close cooperation with hiring managers
• Set up and conduct interviews
• Support other People & Culture projects and initiatives

• Degree in Economics or Psychology
• Experience in HR/recruiting through internships or freelance work
• Determination and high levels of motivation
• Team player with great communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite
• Proactive, enthusiastic, innovative
• Business fluent in German and English
