Description

Your Tasks:

Ensuring a smooth workflow and meeting all targets
Supporting the department head with planning and control of the department
Leading the team, planning shifts for about 10 members and training as and when required
Supporting the continuous development of the goods receipt process
Accident prevention & safety regulations compliance

Your Profile:

Relevant professional experience and some experience in management & leading are desirable
Good knowledge of German
Strong communication & organisation skills, reliable and with a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to take initiative and hands-on mentality

As shift supervisor you have the opportunity to build up the entire department and actively support the team. You motivate your team members with your proactive and hands-on approach. Additionally, your organisation and problem solving skills help you lead the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
