HEAD OF PARTNER MANAGEMENT (m/f)

As a startup in an industry that is currently struggling to modernise and with services that experience increasing demand, we aim to grow our team with the sharpest talent we can find. Currently, we are on the lookout for a Head of Partner Management (m/f) within our operations department to start right away.

Your responsibilities :

• Developing and executing our partner strategy in close collaboration with Country Management and Operations

• Further building our network of moving partners and developing close-knit relationships

• Creating and managing partner relations, planning and conducting partner summits, road shows, etc

• Driving key initiatives to improve our partner network's efficiency together with the Head of Logistics and Operations

• Initiating and accelerating projects aiming at higher customer and partner satisfaction

 Your profile :

• You have obtained a degree in business administration, logistics or a related field 

• You have gained working experience in the moving industry

• You have a strong track record of managing business-to-business partnerships and maintaining business relationships

• You work independently, in a structured manner and are goal-oriented
