You will form part of OW's Internal Consulting Unit (ICU), which is responsible for executing change and transformational projects across the Group. You will lead the development of change management plans both for internal and external projects.The Unit is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of programme and project management execution, including planning and controlling. You will have the challenging opportunity to grow a team of like-minded people. You will be responsible of building the group through coaching and training.
You will:
Be responsible for strategic objectives by overseeing multiple programme/project activities
Achieve operational excellence by contributing to strategic plans and preparing/completing action plans
Be tasked with developing programmes to support the organisation's strategic direction
Be responsible for the day-to-day programme/project management of a portfolio of clients, both from a change and live support perspective
Manage/coach small team of UK-based people with different profiles
Communicate job expectations by appraising individual performances
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related fields
Solid knowledge of wealth and investment management
Proven experience in programme/project management
Experience in the UK private banking and/or wealth management sector is a must
Staffing, planning and people management
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate functional and technical solutions and propose appropriate alternatives
