At a Head of Tax Product you will:

• Lead a growing team of currently four tax experts of different fiscal background. Be a mentor and a coach, and help them develop and grow as individuals.

• Focus on making taxes really easy! By analysing user behaviour we explore needs and problems of our customers with taxes.

• Ensure proper implementation and manage the team's tasks in coordination with design, product management and the tech teams. The constant improvement of our product is what drives you and your team.

• Support your team with the preparation of technical requirements to implement tax logic in our tax engine, assess risks and chances of solutions.

• Ensure a consistent, rapid and effective communication with the product and tech team. Help to make decisions and get everyone moving in the same direction.

• Drive the tax product strategy in a strong collaboration with our founders as well as CPO, stakeholders, and your team.

• Ensure compliance of the tax side of the product while keeping track of any changes in tax regulations with your team of tax experts in all markets.

To be a successful Head of Tax Product at Taxfix you need:

• Tax background - You must have 4+ years in a tax-related role preferably with experience in connection with technology.

• People leadership - You enjoy working with people and have a track record for building and leading teams in a motivated and dynamic environment.

• Management skills - You have 2+ years of experience in a management role, managing a team of at least 3 people

• Driven by development - You are driven by putting yourself in situations where you develop and you want to learn about tax technology systems.

• You are pragmatic - Have strong positive attitude, and you can overcome challenges with passion and creativity.

• Be result-oriented - You set clear goals and metrics, shape strategies, and align the team on the right path to success.
