DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market intelligence: market analysys focused on new launches and on existing products, collecting and organizing data;
- Services panel: management of the samples and follow up with stylists;
- Education: client satisfaction, clients' requests and needs (stylists and final consumers) and general inquiries from the web.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Perfect knowledge of hair and scalp science;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel and Word;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
- Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
- Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
- Be a great team-player;
- Have a strong problem solving attitude;
- Confident on public speaking;
- English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory
