DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market intelligence: market analysys focused on new launches and on existing products, collecting and organizing data;
• Services panel: management of the samples and follow up with stylists;
• Education: client satisfaction, clients' requests and needs (stylists and final consumers) and general inquiries from the web.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Perfect knowledge of hair and scalp science;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel and Word;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
• Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
• Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
• Be a great team-player;
• Have a strong problem solving attitude;
• Confident on public speaking;
• English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory
