Beschreibung
Your tasks:• You will purposefully identify and acquire bus partners and build strong, long-lasting partnerships
• You will take ownership of the whole sales process, including lead generation and sales responsibility
• You will work in collaboration with the international team of network planning in the definition of the new routes
• You will manage the win-win relationship with the partners of FlixBus and help answering all their queries
• You will help them become a key part of a national route network based on quantitative analysis
Your profile:
• Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or management consulting
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
• Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
• High social, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
