Customer Service Agent (m/f) - HK
Beschreibung
Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
- Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Hong Kong
- Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
- Handle customers and vendors’ requests
- Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
- Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
- Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
- Good Chinese typing skills
- Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on experience
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as a Team Leader
- For Full time: 6 working days per week are required (on shift basis)
- For Part time: being able to work at least 17 hours per week. Working timeslots are below:
- Day ShiftMon – Sun/Public Holiday: 7am – 2pm3 days per weekNight Shift 1Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 5pm – 10pm3 days per weekNight Shift 2Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 6pm – 12am3 days per week
