Customer Service Agent (m/f) - HK

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
• Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
• Good computer skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
• Good Chinese typing skills
• Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on experience
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as a Team Leader
• For Full time: 6 working days per week are required (on shift basis)
• For Part time: being able to work at least 17 hours per week. Working timeslots are below: 
• Day ShiftMon – Sun/Public Holiday: 7am – 2pm3 days per weekNight Shift 1Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 5pm – 10pm3 days per weekNight Shift 2Mon – Sun/Public Holiday: 6pm – 12am3 days per week
