HR Manager - (M/F) - foodpanda Bangladesh
Beschreibung
- Handle the end to end recruitment activity including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates.
- Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilise various recruitment channels and tools.
- Handle all on-boarding and off-barding process of employees.
- Prepare and conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Initiate and execute process improvements and standardisations within foodpanda HR.
- Prepare training material and conduct training and developmental initiatives for foodpanda staff.
- Design, develop and implement HR policies in accordance to BLA.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in a Business related or Social Science subject.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Independent and confident self starter.
- Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
- You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
- Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
