Your Mission::
- You work on the most important topics of the company in close collaboration with the COO and other members of the management team
- You ensure that “things happen” across the COO department (Marketing, Operations, Insurance, HR)
- Monitor the flow of information, act as a gatekeeper, ensure the COO's involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right time
- You will lead strategic board-level projects yourself
About You::
- >2 years of experience in fast-paced and ambitious companies, in strategy consulting or in startups or tech companies
- Experience in delivering in strategic projects involving many stakeholders
- You have a very good university degree from a top-tier university
- You follow the trends of modern and agile organisations and you have the ambition to implement them
- You are fluent in German and English
