Our Recruiting Coordinators Make Things Happen
We are looking for an adaptable and detail-oriented Junior Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team!
As a Junior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be our interview coordination guru. You will be leading our scheduling efforts for Orange County, facilitating the onsite candidate experience, assisting visitors to our office, and jumping in to help our Nashville, San Diego, and Phoenix offices when needed! We are looking for someone that has exemplary organization skills, a strong attention to detail, outgoing personality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This person will support multiple recruiting channels, including our internal and university hiring efforts, and act as the main point of contact for all candidate needs.
