Job Description

What you will directly contribute to: 

  • Lead and motivate the Community Relations Teams in Berlin, to reach a high standard of excellence in handling all of member related topics
  • Share team objectives with your team and determine how to reach them given the resources in hand
  • Identify staffing needs & issues for your teams
  • Participate in cross-team decision making processes, facilitate the collaboration of your teams with other teams in the service and in company
  • Recruit profiles corresponding to your team when needed 
  • Follow the evolution of your team members and accompany them in their growth.
  • Be the contact point between your teams, Head of Community Relations and other top management/executives of the company
  • Monitor your team performance and KPI, identify problems, blockers and suggest possible solutions
  • Report regularly on your team’s activity, performance and needs
  • Report to the Top Management of Community Relations Team

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of considerable experience in management
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze the activity, identify problems and propose solutions
  • Natural leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Enjoy working as a team-player, listening to and learning from others
  • Ability to solve interpersonal problems and  maintain a good team spirit
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, fluency in French is an advantage.
