Description
What you will directly contribute to:
- Moderating member exchanges and content such as profile and vehicle pictures, trips, etc.
- Responding to our users’ questions and requests (we offer a 100% response service)
- Processing complaints and claims in a timely manner
- Communicating feedback and bugs to the Tech Team
- Reporting into the Associate Manager
- Improving the overall member experience
For this position, you will be working a bit in the office and a bit remotely from home. For this reason you have to be based in Warsaw already.
