What you will directly contribute to:

You will support the recruitment process for all teams through:

• Managing job posts and candidate stages in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and job boards

• Taking ownership and driving all aspects of recruitment process administrative through proactive communication and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements

• Complex calendar management

• Providing hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders with appropriate information pre and post interview

• Scheduling all  interviews

• Greeting all interview candidates, providing a top notch candidate experience

• Keeping recruiting team and hiring managers on-point with your almost OCD-level organizational skills

• Helping organize travel management for candidates and new hires

• Supporting or driving initiatives improving of our recruitment process
