To fulfill this ambition, you will join a dedicated agile cross-skills Pricing squad, operating as a mini-startup within BlaBlaCar. The squad is comprised of great profiles with a strong entrepreneurial mindset: mobile engineer, backend engineer, front-end engineer, UX designer, product manager and data analyst. You will also belong to the larger Tech group, a talented crew of developers spread across the organization in other agile teams with whom you can share core skills and knowledge.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Building our new Pricing Service which aims at defining relevant prices for million of trips published monthly on our platform and exposing them to all our client-facing applications as well as other services of our ecosystem;

• Designing the core architecture and setting up the whole stack of the service. As part of the team leading this service, you will be the ultimate owner of its robustness, scalability and reliability;

• Ensuring best in class pricing and payment experiences for our users and building the next generation of payment method in new and existing markets;

• Integrating third-party partners offering services to our community such as insurance(s), gas vouchers and other deals;

• Making everyone’s life easier at BlaBlaCar by developing monitoring and alerting tools related to the features owned by the team.
