Job Description

As our current Tech Lead got promoted in the company, we are looking for a replacement! Our Traffic Fulfillment Team is in charge of our applications that helps our Traffic Managers to control all our campaigns.

As our Tech Lead you will:

• create a strong technical vision for our notifications platform
• be responsible for the technical team alignment
• contribute to the architecture runway
• define the team's delivery strategy and own the product delivery for the notification platform
• have close alignment with our system architects
• make sure the team build the right things in a right way!

Qualifications

What we will need from you:

• at least 7 years of practical experience with Java
• at least 2 years of practical experience in a leadership role
• a good understanding of system architecture and monitoring systems 
• practical experience with Data Streams, Caches (e.g. Redis) and data processing
• know infrastructure as a code
• ideally experience with notification systems (push, email, web pushes, newsletters)
• familiarity with SLA's and OKR's is a huge plus
• know how to bring your team to the next level on individual, team and company level.
• good communication skills in English to express your ideas to your team and stakeholders
• degree in Computer Science or related
