When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
  • Manage a team of analysts focused on driving revenue and profitability across Casper’s eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale businesses
  • Accelerate DTC growth  by uncovering drivers beyond media spend and recommending opportunities to optimize pricing, promotions, assortment and retail store locations
  • Develop understanding of key customer journeys and recommend actions to optimize
  • Combine consumer analytics/insights with aspirational creativity to develop distribution strategy across consumer funnel to increase customer conversion and support CRM to drive loyalty across business units
  • Comparing and contrasting consumer behavior during the pre and post stages of major events in the business (new product launches, holidays and new store openings), helping the business understand effectiveness of key efforts and formalizing key learnings
  • Drive omni-channel alignment by working across marketing, loyalty, merchandising, wholesale and retail teams to understand their business needs that drive a customer-centric strategy and provide omni-accretive recommendations 
  • Conduct customer analyses and arrive at compelling fact-based conclusions, including but not limited to cross-shopping, upsell, customer profiles and KPIs, and studies into customer loyalty, acquisition and retention trends
  • Own, design, develop and distribute reports and dashboards that drive a unified view of program effectiveness across sales channels
  • Advise on experimental designs to ensure new business strategies are tested appropriately and without bias; assist stakeholders in parsing results, arriving at conclusions and advising on next steps
  • Build out insights about customer behaviors that feed into hypothesis generation for Product and Marketing testing agendas
  • Build and maintain analytics frameworks to understand price elasticity and promotion response to inform pricing and promotion strategy
  • Partner with Business unit leads to maximize revenue driving activities across channels and align analytics support with business unit priorities
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to maximize impact of key events and promotional holidays across from media investment through conversion and retention
  • Partner with Data Solutions Management to develop automated and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and optimize recurring analysis and decisions
Our dream candidate
  • Consumer-centric, global mindset
  • Highly proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, and Python; experience with Looker a plus
  • 6-8 years' previous experience in a data-driven multi-channel retail/consumer goods organization
  • Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
  • 1-3 years management experience
  • Management expertise and a history of attracting, developing, and retaining great talent 
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Growth company and eCommerce experience a plus
