When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Build/manage construction schedules - tracking progress of each project, prioritizing work and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track progress with design, architects, Construction Project Manager, ensuring team is meeting milestones
- Communicate the schedule and act as liaison between Construction, NSO team and Procurement
- Track budget process, working closely with PM’s and Procurement to ensure timely completion and aligning POs to the budget
- Create and execute AIA contracts in advance of Construction
- Distribute OSI documentation to Procurement for each project
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Gather permit documentation permit expediting process to ensure permits are received and in a timely manner
- Manage construction schedule including delivery of owner supplied items, manage progress to meet milestones
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Track ongoing post-opening punch-list items
- Main point of contact for Facilities/store teams on construction related repairs/maintenance. Determine scope and coordinate repairs with Facilities Team, PM, vendors, store teams, etc. and provide weekly status updates.
- Assist Construction PM and track project close-out procedures for all projects. Work closely with Tenant Allowance Coordinator.
- 3-5 years project management skills
