Looking for a job to get you out of bed?The Director of Commercial Operations will architect and implement solutions to enable a seamless order management process across all sales channels, supporting the omni-channel growth of Casper.
The long-term objective is to create the process map and work cross-functionally, implementing omni-channel order management systems that optimize fulfillment across channels ensuring B2B and B2C customer satisfaction.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Architect best in class channel agnostic business processes and tools, creating the infrastructure necessary to scale the business in the coming years
- Map business processes and develop rules dictating omni-channel order book management: inventory ownership and optimization, customer priority and allocation, return to vendor, drop ship, bulk orders, new customer on-boar Implement the defined processes and rules into systems
- Create the detailed process map for the Wholesale Order Management System, identifying the cross functional workflow from end to end and ensuring successful implementation
- Develop SLAs and facilitate continuous improvement at the nexus of customer experience, operations, and supply chain
- Partner with tech team to lead contract negotiation with system vendors
- Build out function and team, lead and develop direct reports
- Ensure adherence to operating cycle, attending key business review and cross-functional project meetings
- Represent the Casper core values, vision and mission externally and externally
- 10-15 years’ experience optimizing supply chain, demand planning and inventory optimization in a multi-channel environment
- Proven experience implementing sales systems solutions to optimize demand planning and fulfillment, driving customer satisfaction
- Experience implementing solutions in an entrepreneurial environment, builds from the ground up. Start-up and rapid growth experience is a plus
- Public company experience is a plus, not required
- Experience thriving in a matrixed and collaborative operating environment
