Description

Looking for a job to get you out of bed?

Casper is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale transformative financial and operational ERP programs while growing and managing a project management team. A successful candidate will have a strong technical background and significant experience within the financial and operational domains.

This seasoned leader will be adept at delivering on multiple enterprise-level programs with a focus on utilizing standard ERP functionality. This includes translating business processes into technical requirements and actionable timelines for API and EDI integrations; implementing standard accounting and compliance procedures, such as general ledger, accounts receivable, and financial planning; and significant experience implementing supply chain and order management processes into an ERP like demand resource planning, b2b order management, and transportation management systems.

Casper (casper.com) was created to re-imagine sleep from the ground up, beginning with its obsessively engineered, outrageously comfortable mattress. All of Casper’s sleep products — including its pillow, bedding, and furniture — are developed in-house by the company’s award-winning R&D team in San Francisco. Casper was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in the World and its eponymous mattress was crowned one of TIME Magazine's Best Inventions.

We are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce so that we represent all those who dream big equally.
