Looking for a job to get you out of bed?

Casper is an omni-channel manufacturer, and to support its rapid growth and enable future expansion, Casper is investing in operations leadership and is hiring for the position of Production Planning Manager to lead the production function. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) production planning experience in a food, CPG, retail, or big-box manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity, (2) demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and leading integrated business processes from a starting point of limited maturity and sophistication; and (3) entrepreneurial spirit; capable of leading through action and influence in a fast growing and evolving company.

As Casper continues to scale its operations to account for increasing customer and geographic footprint complexity, the company is focused on improving visibility through increased planning sophistication, including automation. Recently, the company has worked to improve production capacity and execution through scaling it’s production team. Casper is looking to improve alignment with its manufacturing partners through optimized supplier management, communication and information sharing processes, ensuring capacity visibility. The Production Planning Manager will build and lead an integrated, data-driven production planning process, linking supply forecasts, production and inventory planning, and fulfillment operations with our manufacturers. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Supply Chain, the Manager will be based in company offices in New York, NY.
