JOB SCOPE:



[ comfort zone ] is looking for an Training Organization Assistant to join the office in the HQ in Parma in order to render the flow of communication and support between International Education and distributors and trainers effective, timeous and proactive, and to create experiential and memorable events for International Education.



 



DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Being in support of the [ comfort zone ] International Education Coordinator the figure will have the following responsibilities:




  • Support for organization of international education events, including hotel bookings, rooming lists, organization of catering;

  • Physical support in setting up for events and breaking down afterwards;

  • On-site support to trainers and clients for all arrangements required by them;

  • Support in the updating of education materials, using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and if possible graphic programs;

  • Eventual liaison with trainers for organization of travels;

  • Placing product orders for sending out for trainings and to keep in stock within the company;

  • Hosting guests when in the company for education activities;

  • Inserting invoices and services on the internal software to ensure timeous payment.


  • Strong organizational skills and Result-Oriented mindset;

  • Ability to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks/ project management.

  • Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset;

  • High social and interpersonal communication skills;

  • Be current on, and strategically apply, latest industry trends;

  • Fluent in English is mandatory;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Specifically Power Point, Excel and Word).


EXPERIENCE:



Short working experience in Events and Training functions within the cosmetics or beauty industry will be considered a plus.
