The Davines group begins its journey in Parma in 1983, with the Bollati family's idea of establishing a laboratory for the production of high end hair products.

After a decade of research and improvement the company decides to focus on its own brands by launching from scratch Davines and [comfort zone] brands, the first one dedicated to the professional hairdressing, the other one to the skin care spas and treatments market.

Davines is looking for a PR & Social Media Intern to join the PR, Social Media and Digital Marketing Department in our HQ in Parma.


JOB SCOPE
As PR& Social media communication assistant you will support and assist present team in the main activities related to the social media, PR communication and press relationships. The mission will be developing digital and copywriting communication strategies and contributing in the definition of press communication contents.


MISSION
Increase the growth of reputation, reputation and sales of the company and its brands through the best use of public relations, social media and digital marketing activities.


MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Creative copywriting and content re-writing for on-offline press and social media communication;
  • Event / press day organization support;
  • Pr and social media editorial calendar implementation and maintenance;
  • Operative Social Media community management and customer care;
  • External pr and social media agency relation support;
  • Pr and digital strategy implementation and diffusion for brand and product launches: ability to develop, implement and diffuse ad hoc communication tools and practise for specific events/product launches with the aim of maintaining consistency in the communication of the brand to consumer, professional and branches.

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong storytelling mindset, creative content abilities and engaging communicative capacity;
  • Graphics production: Photoshop and Indesign usage, good eye for design and the ability to source and edit images, creative brief writing;
  • Good command of the language and the ability to express and to convey the right tone of voice through copywriting related to BtoB and BtoC communication in different channels (on-offline)
  • Experience with major social media network and social ADV: Facebook adv, instagram, pinterest, twitter, snapchat, youtube;
  • Advanced knowledge of English – writing and speaking;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
  • Little budget management;
  • Familiarity with content management system (CMS), SEO and social media metrics.

    Mission:


    Riportando al Senior Colour Specialist, la figura dovrà affiancare e supportare il team di sviluppo dedicato alle colorazioni per capelli.


    Key Activities:


    In dettaglio la posizione prevede le seguenti specifiche attività:


    • Realizzare campionature di varianti di colore da sottoporre ai test di valutazione performance;
    • Monitoraggio dei dati di stabilità dei parametri chimico-fisici tramite strumentazione di laboratorio;
    • Verifica qualitativa della conformità di resa colore;
    • Inserimento dati ed elaborazione reportistica;
    • Affiancamento in fase di industrializzazione e monitoraggio specifiche dei lotti pilota;
    • Realizzazione di prove di laboratorio per valutazione fornitori di materie prime alternative.

    Davines is looking for an International Trade Marketing Specialist to join the marketing department in our HQ in Parma.

     

    JOB SCOPE:

    The mission will be to reinforce Davines’s brand awareness in the market, to maintain and grow relationships with our distributors and increase sales through an accurate sales and marketing strategy.

    He/she will handle requests and opportunities both in the Trade Marketing and Education Areas, supporting the development of the brand within the international market and the Education department in defining engaging and exclusive strategies for trainers and clients.

     

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development and execution of the promotional plan and associated presentation tools for  brand/product launches, brand penetration, sales growth, customer acquisition & retention program;
  • Definition of the best local promotion strategies in order to bring a concreate commercial and economical evaluation and implementation;
  • Support distributors with the forecast definition for Products Launches, Marketing & Merchandising tools, Promotional items and prospections kits;
  • Analysis of Local sales cycle results in comparison with Products &Brand performances set objectives;
  • Analysis of Market and competitors within sales and marketing data and trends in order to define strategical initiative programs for the sales team;
  • Management and development of the local PR Agency support in order to bring a strategic increase within the product and promotional launches in the market;
  • Support in the development of exclusive education events in order to increase the Brand awareness and value in clients and distributors;
  • Analysis of competitors and market education strategies in order to develop and increase the brand initiatives and solutions.

  • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Have a proved experience and a strong working knowledge in marketing, sales or trade within the professional beauty industry;
  • Have a Business insight and understanding of trade marketing contest within the International Beauty Market;

    La mission dell’HospitalityManager all’interno del contesto Davines è di garantire ai visitatori del nuovo progetto "Davines Village"  un’esperienza unica e straordinaria, in grado di trasmettere e infondere ai visitatori i valori cardine del gruppo Davines.

     

    KEYACTIVITIES

    Nello specifico il ruolo di HM avrà le principali responsabilità di pianificare e coordinare l’offerta dei servizi “di cordialità”per gli ospiti attraverso le fasi di:

     

  • Inbound (attività presidiate dal momento della preparazione dell’evento, al ricevimento degli ospiti in azienda) attraverso:
  •            -Raccolta delle informazioni degli ospiti che visiteranno il Village;

               -Organizzazione dei calendari dello staff coinvolto nell’evento;

               -Coordinamento nell’organizzazione delle prenotazioni delle Davines experiences(mostre, visite della città, eventi, etc.);

               -Coordinamento nell’organizzazione delle prenotazioni delle strutture alberghiere per gli ospiti;

              -Coordinamento nell’organizzazione delle prenotazioni e organizzazione dei mezzi di trasporto per i clienti;

              -Coordinamento della gestione degli omaggi per gli ospiti;

              -Creazione della «Agenda di viaggio» e condivisione della stessa con gli ospiti

  • Service (attività presidiate dal momento del ricevimento degli ospiti in azienda al termine della visita)
  •           -Supervisione al presidio del Company Tour e delle attività di relax (coffee break, pranzo, etc.) ad esso connesse;

              -Supervisione e/o gestione delle Davines experiences(mostre, visite della città, eventi, etc.)

  • Outbound (attività di Hospitalitypresidiate dalla Funzione una volta terminata la visita al Davines Village)
  •            -Invio, raccolta e gestione dei feedback dell’evento (nel caso si tratti di un evento di formazione);

     

    L’HM avrà inoltre il compito di:

  • creare una rete di partnershipscon società terze, con il fine di sviluppare un’offerta di attività che faranno da cornice alla permanenza presso il Village, sul territorio parmense (es. Visite guidate della città; Visite guidate a musei / mostre; Partecipazione ad eventi culturali; Esperienze enograstonomichesul territorio)
  • garantire un servizio di prenotazione di strutture ricettive partner che possano ospitare i visitatori valutando, ove possibile, soluzioni innovative (partnership con hotels, etc).
  • Supervisionare la gestione degli spostamenti, intesa come pianificazione dei mezzi più efficaci ed efficienti per il trasporto pre-e post-evento degli ospiti sono parte integrante delle attività di back-office presidiate dalla Funzione.

    • Spiccate capacità organizzative: pianifica le attività in grado di rendere piacevole e semplice l’arrivo, la permanenza e la partenza degli ospiti da e verso l’azienda, raccogliendo infine i feedback da parte dei clienti;

    • Capacità di “marketing” relazionale ed interno; crea e mantiene un’immagine eccellente dell’azienda in ogni interazione con iclienti interni ed esterni;

    • Forte spirito di iniziativa: assiste i clienti e crea le condizioni affinché vengano accompagnati su richiesta in luoghi all’interno del Davines Village;

    EXPERIENCE

    L'aver maturato esperienze similari all'interno di contesti modernamente organizzati (preferibilmente mondo hotellerie) costituirà un elemento preferenziale per candidarsi al ruolo. La conoscenza della limgua inglese fluente unita ad una seconda lingua è da considerarsi fondamentale.
