The Davines group begins its journey in Parma in 1983, with the Bollati family's idea of establishing a laboratory for the production of high end hair products.

After a decade of research and improvement the company decides to focus on its own brands by launching from scratch Davines and [comfort zone] brands, the first one dedicated to the professional hairdressing, the other one to the skin care spas and treatments market.

THE MISSION:

 

Responding directly to the Head of Sustainability and being based in our Davines Village in Parma (Italy) this role will have the mission of supporting the Sustainability Team in driving cultural and functional change in the company to maximize its positive impact on stakeholders and environment.

 

This role will have the main target to increase the competences within the company’s group, through definition of practices, indicators, solutions, focusing on environmental and social sustainability excellence with a never-ending improvement approach.

 

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Representing the technical “competence centre” and a concrete sustainability partner within the company for environmental and social sustainability;
  • Deeply understanding and managing of dynamics related to company’s environmental and social certifications (i.e. B Corp);
  • Providing technical support for monitoring and mapping of sustainability data indicators;
  • Supporting the implementation of sustainability activities and guaranteeing a precise and continuous reporting of the same;
  • Developing sustainability project objectives and initiatives in collaboration with other sustainability stakeholders.

  • PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

     

  • University studies (bachelor and master) or specific academic experiences (MBA or Masters) within environmental science or engineering;
  • Previous experience (at least two years) in: social and environmental certifications; sustainability reporting and GRI Standard or other benchmarking tools; cooperation with other companies and/or NGOs with sustainability in their strategical targets;
  • Strong Project Management experience, analytical and quantitative skills, results oriented mindset;
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, truly able to work in teams with an “interdependent” spirit, facilitating the implementation and acceptance of change;
  • Strong working knowledge of standard software products for data management;
  • Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory and the knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus.

    Education is at the very heart of Davines and we provide exceptional and inspirational  Education to each client.

    For this reason, Davines is looking Trade & Education Administrative Specialist that will have the mission to guarantee the fluency of the International Software Division organization promoting an efficient in and out communication.

     

    DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

  • Ensuring the correct invoicing and administrative process related to Events and Education as well as supporting directly colleagues with administrative issues;
  • Correctly and constantly chronicling the costs of the department, making sure of the alignment between the costs and the budget allocated;
  • Managing and organizing contacts with trainers and stylist in order to guarantee the best fitting with the Education Calendar of the division;
  • Supporting the department in cross-functional Projects between the company and external Partners such as Professional Academies and Events;
  • Managing and monitoring the training program of the department.

  • PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

     

  • Previous Event Organiation and administrative experience;
  • Strong working knowledge of standard software products (specifically Microsoft Excel for data management);

    Al fine di poter cogliere nuove ed importanti sfide stiamo ricercando una nuova figura di International Key Account Manager per il nostro team commerciale Comfort Zone, la quale, rispondendo direttamente alla direzione generale, avrà la responsabilità di espandere la crescita della marca nelle zone affidate, attraverso il consolidamento delle relazioni commerciali presenti e la selezione di nuovi partner distributivi.

    Per ragioni sostitutive temporanee stiamo ricercando una figura di Junior Third Party Manufactory Specialist per la nostra sede di Parma da inserire all’interno del dipartimento Process Engineering and Production Scheduling.

    Nello specifico la risorsa avrà come obbiettivo quello di supportare ed affiancare il team già presente nell’ottimizzazione della programmazione del Conto Lavoro attraverso un’attenta pianificazione dello stesso e il presidio quotidiano della schedulazione.

     

    KEY ACTIVITIES 

    In dettaglio la posizione prevede le seguenti specifiche attività:

  • Schedulazione delle risorse in relazione alla disponibilità dei materiali e la priorità delle lavorazioni;
  • Verifica e analisi dei risultati MRP e schedulazione delle lavorazioni in base ai reali fabbisogni;
  • Parametrizzazione degli strumenti ERP per la gestione dell’area;
  • Supporto nella corretta definizione dei percorsi di sviluppo prodotto affidati al Conto Lavoro;
  • Supporto nell’organizzazione logistica della movimentazione dei materiali;
  • Interfaccia con il CQ interno per la gestione delle non conformità legate alla produzione in Conto Lavoro;
  • Gestione e analisi contabile dell’ordine di produzione legati al Conto Lavoro;

  • INDIVIDUAL ATTITUDE AND SKILLS 

    Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o in materie affini;
  • Ottima conoscenza e padronanza di Excel;
  • Elevate capacità analitiche e di logica;
  • Spiccate capacità di relazione e comunicazione interpersonale;
  • Interesse verso lo studio e la definizione processi produttivi;

    Davines is looking for an Organization Change Manager in order to support and drive the company’s development in its present and future projects.


    JOB SCOPE:


    Responding directly to the HR Director and being based in our Davines Village in Parma (Italy) this role will have the mission of promoting and delivering improvement, change and innovation within Davines, supporting the effectiveness and the efficiency of our organization and our processes, within a framework of quality and a continuous improvement business approach.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

  • Analysis, mapping and reengineering of company’s processes, feasibility study and analysis of the impact of new procedures and processes within the organization;
  • Definition of roles in terms of tasks and responsibilities within the organization from a global prospective;
  • Definition and study of the main KPI’s in order to understand the efficacy and the efficiency of processes;
  • Development and study of alternative organization models in order to optimize the current situation and evaluate possible scenarios;
  • Guarantee and encourage an approach of continuous improvement and innovation within the company and its stakeholders (both internally and externally);

  • INDIVIDUAL ATTITUDE AND SKILLS:

     

  • Previous experience (5 + years) in a similar role within other organizations or consulting companies;
  • Proficient knowledge Business Process reengineering;
  • Strong project management and target-oriented mindset;
