JOB SCOPE

The mission of this role will be to guarantee the correctness of company data, to monitor the company performance in relation to the shared objectives, to provide timely support, control and forecasting tools to the Management.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Costing process of production codes;
• Supply chain control: active interaction with purchasing, planning and logistics department;
• Sales reports and analysis: analysis and release of commercial reports, use of business intelligence;
• Profitability and variance analysis: structuring, analysis and distribution of the related reporting;
• Stock analysis and institutional reporting;
• Preparation and filling of statistical surveys.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years controlling experience in this role in a multinational company or in an international environment;
• Master degree in Management Engineering/Economics;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheet application - ERP systems (X3 is preferred) and business intelligence systems;
• Strong in relational and communication skills;
• Strong in analysis, database management, reports production;
• Enthusiastic and committed to achieving both individual and organizational goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of Davines business model;
• English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
