MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB:





Davines Group is looking for a Product Manager for its skin care brand "skin regimen " to join the subsidiary based in Deventer.



In order to reinforcing the brand visibility and reporting to the Brand Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for adapting and customizing the international marketing plan to the local markets (Germany, Austria and Benelux) in accordance to headquarters’ guidelines .



He/she will be responsible for all the initiatives that support the brand development.





DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • To define and coordinate local product launches, brand calendars and initiatives from the initial launch strategy through pricing strategy, promotional and in-store execution, to achieve brand visibility and maxiomize sell through;
  • To oversee the creation and production of all the tools and materials for the the Sales department with the goal of increasing distribution and sales turnover;
  • Reporting and analyzing sales results from multiple angles to quickly recognize sales opportunities with a view of profitability and knowing how to materialize a goal;
  • To manage and organize events with the goal to increase the brand awareness and new business;
  • To leverage on multiple channels (such as press, social and digital media) to augment and improve the brand awareness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:





  • Be in possession of a 4-year bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales management;
  • Have a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience;
  • Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks/ project management;
  • Have strong interpersonal communication competences to build strong relations with customers, educators and relations;
  • Have a Business insight and understanding of trade marketing contest;
  • Excellent, pro-active interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent knowledge of German and French.
