To support our growth we are looking for a Data Management Intern (m/f) who is eager to learn, has a sharp mind and likes to take on responsibility in a fast paced environment. You will work with our Customer Experience Team to provide an outstanding service in data maintenance and quality assurance.
What you'll do:
You support the maintenance of bus schedule, prices and station data
You conduct manual and automated quality checks in our database
You communicate with our partners and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint
You develop new ideas for optimizing processes and implement them
You support the Customer Experience Team in various operational topics
Who you are:
You are in your final year at university or have just graduated and are available for a full-time internship
You have gained first practical experience in a startup or consulting company (e.g. through previous internships)
You have a high affinity to figures, data and an eye for details
You have medium to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google spreadsheets, preferably a basic knowledge of SQL
You work in an analytical and structured way and are willing to step out of your comfort zone
You are a digital native and understand the basics of travel tech and e-commerce
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and Italian (preferred)
