To support our growth we are looking for a new member of our customer experience and partner account management team who is eager to learn, has a sharp analytical mind, feels comfortable talking with customers and likes to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

You will engage directly with our partners to improve their presence and growth
You will analyze market, partner data and develop partner growth plans
You will be responsible for the content quality on our platform in order to ensure high quality presence of our products
You will actively participate in innovating and automating our QA processes
You will be in close contact with our tech and content team to resolve challenges and develop smart solutions

Who you are:

You are in your final year at university or have just graduated and are available for a full-time internship
You have gained first practical experience in a startup or consulting company (e.g. through previous internships)
First professional experience at a leading technology company, management consultancy, investment bank or in a similar environment is a big plus
You have high affinity to figures, data and an eye for details
You have medium to advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google spreadsheets
You work in an analytical and structured way and are willing to step out of your comfort zone
You are a digital native and understand the basics of travel tech and e-commerce
You are fluent in English (spoken and written) – German not required
