Web Developer

As a web developer, you'll be involved in building new pages and features from scratch, optimising performance on the marketing website and working alongside most of the other teams within the company to deliver technical solutions that help them achieve their goals.

You have a love for building websites consisting of more than just HTML and CSS, you've even built a few in your spare time. You might be looking for your first job, or you’re a couple of years out of university, but that's not really a necessity so long as this is your passion.

Our marketing site is primarily built using the latest web technologies - React, MobX and Glamorous, so expect to dive straight into those - we’ll teach if you don’t have experience.

Requirements
Essential:

• Experience in building JavaScript applications. You have been using at least one well-known web framework
• Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Love for crafting beautiful, well-tested code
• Ability to keep improving every day. We are constantly looking for better ways of doing our job and you’ll be no exception

Desirable:

• Experience with ES6, React, MobX (or other state management library), Glamorous (or similar CSS-in-JS library)
• Experience with Django or similar MVC framework
• Open-source contributions
• Strong sense of good engineering and code architecture
