As a Growth Hacker at FACEIT, you will have fun experimenting new growth strategies to boost acquisition and activations and fuel retention.  You will be responsible for thinking, conceptualising, testing and executing growth hacks. Our core funnel will become your bread & butter.
Responsibilities
  • Decide in accordance with the other departments and senior management which metrics and KPIs to focus on;
  • Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs;
  • Perform A/B testing experiments to evaluate the ideas, analyse data and users’ feedback;
  • Exchange ideas, data and feedback with other departments to present results and make the product more user-centric;
  • Drive traffic to the FACEIT platform through different growth channels;
  • Scale and automate the growth processes;
  • Create viral growth through referral marketing and other growth hacking techniques.
    • Required Skills and Experience
  • Being data-driven: you have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics;
  • Being social and understanding users’ behaviour: you are a people’s person;
  • Being a gamer: you understand gamers and what they like and want because you are one of them;
  • Being performance and results oriented, creative, curious and not scared of pivoting;
  • Extensive knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing;
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills;
  • Previous working experience with web analytics and A/B Testing tools and frameworks;
  • Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
  • Basic programming knowledge would be a massive plus but not required!;
  • Experience playing on FACEIT would also be a nice added bonus;
