Description

• Contact relevant employees for invoice approval
• Payment administration
• Upload payments on our banking platform
• Upload and code invoices in our ERP system
• Reconcile cash and bank
• Support month end close process on ad hoc basis
• Support in additional tasks that come up as the business, processes and procedures evolve, or as you go deeper into your studies • You are currently enrolled in finance, economics, business or related fields of study (full-time studies)
• Accurate and structured work style, combined with strong commitment, team-oriented mind-set
• Working proficiency in all the established MS-Office programs especially Excel
• Practical experience in accounting is an advantage
• Work approx. 10 hrs a week
• Fluent in Swedish as well as in English, some knowledge of German and Danish would be a plus
