FlixBus was founded by three young entrepreneurs in Munich with the goal of making sustainable bus travel both comfortable and affordable. At the same time, "MeinFernbus" began operating bus routes from Berlin throughout Germany.

After the end of the rail monopoly in 2013, these two start-ups established themselves as the leaders of the long-distance bus market and gained a strong position against international competitors. • You support the VP Business East in the optimization, internationalization and deep understanding of the Eastern European market
• You take over responsibility for strategic and analytical issues, with focus on business intelligence, reporting and standardized business steering

• You plan our FlixBus bus lines in collaboration with our business partners, pricing & yield managers, and our experienced Berlin team, thus helping to develop and optimize our national network in France
• You optimize the schedules, cycles and shift schedules of our lines to deliver a great product to our customer, always basing your decisions on quantitative analyses
