FlixBus was founded by three young entrepreneurs in Munich with the goal of making sustainable bus travel both comfortable and affordable. At the same time, "MeinFernbus" began operating bus routes from Berlin throughout Germany.

After the end of the rail monopoly in 2013, these two start-ups established themselves as the leaders of the long-distance bus market and gained a strong position against international competitors. • You design, integrate and implement financial processes and structures in our Russian subsidiary
• You take full responsibility for all finance related topics at FlixBus in Russia
• You prepare and control month- and year-end close and financial statements in cooperation with accountants and tax advisors
• You ensure business plan preparation, budget- and cash flow planning
• You analyze costs including plan deviations and derive actions as conclusion of your analyses
• You contribute to cross-functional initiatives for improving our processes and results
• You act as a local approver for all invoices and payments and are the interface to banks, tax advisors, auditors and FlixBus Headquarters
• You will play an integral part in changing the transportation industry in Russia that will turn into a long-lasting success • Bachelor or Master's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or other related fields of study • Minimum of 3 years in relevant positions in the fields of Auditing, Accounting, Corporate Finance, ideally in a start-up, or a high-paced, dynamic environment • Extensive experience in finance processes, financial models, and financial planning • Strong structuring and analytical skills • High communication, negotiation and project management skills • You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement • You have the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop and grow FlixBus as a Team • You speak Russian and English fluently – further language skills are a plus

Job purpose :
Our ambition is to sustain the success of our business model in Portugal, so we are looking for a sales intern to develop indirect sales, from our office in Paris.
As a sales intern for FlixBus, you support the Trade Marketing Department in designing our local sales partners network :

• You are in charge of the acquisition of new sales partners who in Portugal:
- Identify and target strategic prospects
- Approach and generate interest by calling new leads
- Deal negotiation
- Closing with contract signature

• You are also in charge of the business monitoring (update records in CRM tool, client's files, the databases ...)
